I’m from Baltimore Maryland and I know all about this!!!!! and the fucked up thing about it is the guy it did. It’s a master electrician there’s a lot of points in a lot of things behind that sculpture of that gorilla and the reason why it was padlocked.!!!!why???? there’s a good reason behind it.
