What a blessing considering this area suffered drought for so long.
Blizzard of 1993 in Syracuse was 2" an hour. We had 48 inches in Syracuse and 6-10 feet in the hills where I lived to the South. Snow drifts were up to 20 feet in places. I remember my dog looking down into the kitchen on top of a huge snow drift. Prayers for everyone out West, you will get through it!
