It's pretty simple math I would think. US should pull out of Syria, and stop sending aid. It never should have been there to begin with. India also doesn't need humanitarian aid for the US. Turkiye doesn't need the aid either. Save those BILLIONS to help US citizens. Concentrate on helping Ukraine because they actually asked for help.

Unfortunately CNN gave Trump a platform last night to declare that the US "should" default on the debt if the Republican's don't get the cuts they want. The GOP has shown that they do not have the spine to oppose Trump, no matter how outrageous he becomes. A default is not only possible, it is probable. The Republicans want to create a gigantic mess because they know they will lose "bigly" in 2024, so they want to create a fog of war effect and hope that it turns out in their favor.
