A regular Senate ritual was interrupted today by 19 seconds of silence, quickly turning to concern for the health of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell who appeared to freeze up as he began a news conference. NBC News’ Garrett Haake has the latest updates.

Its time for term limits and compulsory retirement age for anyone working for any branch of government be it Municipal, City, County, State or Federal. The American people are cheated by having individuals be re-elected over and over and practically spit on their constituents. McConnell benefits from a extreme generous medical plan, yet he voted against its own constituents from having an affordable medical plan. How long can Americans tolerate these self-interest people?
