McDonald backs Warner, gives Khawaja and Cummins update | India v Australia



Shortly after Australia’s fourth Test draw against India in Ahmedabad, coach Andrew McDonald said David Warner was “fully in our plans” for the WTC final in June, and confirmed Usman Khawaja had been cleared of structural damage to his lower leg.

  1. How does he keep getting a go? He’s done nothing in ages other than that 200 on a flat track against a sub par attack.
    Has done nothing in India.
    Has done nothing in England.
    Bancroft, Harris & Head all making runs while this guy throws his teammates under a bus, makes next to no runs and smiles about it. Yet he keeps getting picked.
    How is this possible?
    McDonald needs to stop being these guys best mate and actually be a coach.
