Can't there be laws set 8n place that suspicious or what appears as prejudice on the part of those agencies holding and delaying the straight forward or honest delivery of evidence for the defence of the victim be made illegal? In other words, " throwing a wrench into the efficient timely collection of important evidence is unlawful and discouraged by a response of punitive costs to the parties withholding the proper delivery of essential information.
just as witnessed on the video. she was killed when she was hit in the head with the car door when he slammed it on her; don't they see that? . that's why you don't hear her yelling immediately after the car door is shut.
