What part of the Mediterranean and what meals are "Mediterranean"? The region covers multiple continents
Let me explain. People who can afford a healthy diet tend to live in nicer neighborhoods with less noise and pollution. Not to mention health care.
People who have to resort to low quality food can't afford other lifestyle choices. I am not sure it's the diet, but the entire environment and the individual's life prospects.
What a load. Try some real reporting. No correlations can be derived between such an arbitrary diet and levels of stress. If you want real treatment, get medication and counseling and advocate against Big Pharma to make it more affordable. This is useless information meant to distract you from this.
What does it do?
