I agree w/Klobuchar 100% but would add the ability for ppl, politicians, and public ppl, like George Soros, actors/actresses, family of those lied about and killed, including the family of the perpetrator (the voter who is a victim too bc he was played, he unknowingly fell for the lies but any settlement in this case should go to the charity or their choice only) to sue politicians and any foreign person/government who is pushing lies and hate speech for money, for anything of value, or spreading lies to a significant number of ppl, which harms a person or any group of ppl, including the harm of putting a person’s life in greater danger. That’s the only way they will stop this lying for power and money. It’s not right others have had to be harmed or lost their lives bc the gop and conservative media wants to pretend we r being invaded by immigrants when we r not. Ppl should also be able to sue when they or their family r a victim of gun violence bc we don’t have appropriate gun laws like the guy who committed a school shooting in my city last week or two was denied a gun at a store bc he didn’t pass the background check. He went to a private seller where he had no background check and 9 days before the shooting the parents called the police to get the gun out of their home. The police could not remove the gun bc we have no red flag law. They talked the 20yr old into giving the gun to a 3rd party but the kid got the gun back and then did a school shooting w/600 bullets on him at a school where there were 700 something students attending. This could have been avoided if I didn’t live in a red state.
