What drugs were in Anton's system?
Such a long overdue needed conversation. Thank you, Todd & guests! I am a white peaceful 70 yr. old female & have been traumatized off & on thru-out my life by police in this country. None of the abuse was necessary NONE OF IT! I have seen them be prejudice, brutal and plain frigging mean. Sad commentary on all sorts of deep-seated corruption in USA. I believe in the '80s they lowered the IQ requirements, don't really want the higher IQs sadly!

We would like for viewers to consider for a moment the parallels between law enforcement and commercial aviation hiring, promotion, disciplinary action and retention practices. Both industries are heavily regulated, both are unionized, both require certification of operational employees, and both exercise some kind of authority over a given populace. Yet the airline captain who "bends" one of the company's airliners through a hard landing resulting from an unstable approach is somehow eternally and forever marked by his or her own industry — quite possibly to the effect of never flying passengers again for anyone. All this time documented ostensibly dangerous police are being shuffled around the United States [possibly with the aid of their unions] to front line efforts in unsuspecting cities. Among the chief goals and accomplishments of all unions is the establishment and performance of disciplinary action without which results in corruption on all levels. After the cops figure out their disciplinary problems maybe the Catholic Church can give it a go.
When will we learn all people are created the same, no matter what size, color, race, gender, or looks. Why do white men have such a hard time treating all people as equals.

Not to vouch for the police or anything but sometimes the police don't know what they're about to get into so the proper training of de-escalation would have saved This Boy's Life I believe there were multiple problems the biggest one being that they were called in the first place because the boy said he wasn't okay when clearly later we find out they were playing. Anton had no weapons he wasn't trying to hurt anybody and he said I love you as he was running away it should have ended right there or the cops should have asked about him to see if the neighbors knew who he was and prior to this if he was a menace in the neighborhood he would have been known there would have been reports for records on him for law enforcement there was nothing just two kids playing around in a situation that gets out of control
Police have too much on their plate and not trained enough so workload needs to b cut back n more training . The 10% bad cops ruin it for the rest. Too much power= corruption and issues .
