They r manufacturing events or creating the conditions which increase the probability of particular events occurring, these events usually help the GOP to gain more power and more money, like pandemic, inflation, mass shootings, crime, migration of large groups, etc. If u pay close attention, u’ll see an unpick in these events shortly before elections in the US and other Western democracies. Conservative policies increase these events bc they increase the income and wealth inequality which benefits the GOP, wealthy, corporations, Russia, and China.
