What Rep. Sherman says at 24:00 is not correct. The US Army in WWII had an entire division devoted to supplying and rebuilding the German cities. They followed behind the fighting lines and restarted city services, and organized new governments. The Germany of today is successful, and peaceful, because of this attention to rebuilding after the war.
None of this would have happened if Biden wasn't President. Remember when all heck breaks loose people voted for this.
