Yes, she definitely was the "stupid" girlfriend. She had to know at some level, that Fotis was responsible, but she helped him, because Fotis asked her to help.

The fact that Fotis took his own life makes me sick. He if truly was innocence (like he claimed) then there was a chance the kids would at least have a father in their lives instead of nothing. What man would not fight tooth and nail to be with their children?

Polling jurors after a guilty verdict is an exercise in futility. If any juror still really thinks a defendant is not guilty they're not going to admit the truth when polled.
Charging someone & trying someone for murder without a tangible corpse or tangible complete/incomplete skeleton to show that whoever is actually in fact dead as a doornail and that their c.o.d. wasn't natural, accidental or suicide is beyond immoral/unethical

I don’t believe she planned any part of the murder. If she is so INNOCENT why did she help him and lie about it? That was her mistake. And a VERY BAD ONE.
Michele caused terrible harm on Jennifer's kids and family. She should confess and let the police know where Jennifer's body is. Only then, the judge can have mercy on her and sentence her to 20 years. Otherwise, she should get full sentence on all 6 charges consecutively.

Lesson to all the single women out there! You are enough! You don't need to be with a man that has that much baggage to define you! Granted, some men are exceptional and good for you if you find but she jumped right into a firestorm with this man. The signs were all there. He was in the middle of a contentious divorce, not one but five minor children. The construction business he had was funded by his wife's family. In fact, he owed his former father in law millions. He was facing foreclosure on several properties. His world was caving in as the Court only gave him supervised visitation with his kids. Why on earth would you continue to date this hot mess? I agree she had to have known the obvious and sacrificed it all for Fotus D. Mabey today she can ask herself if it was all worth it for him now that he's dead and left her holding the bag. A big bag, at that!
She rolled the dice and she lost big time. If she had only come clean, she could have cut a deal, and at least let everyone know what happened to Jennifer and maybe even where she is buried. What a stupid, arrogant, and hateful woman.
