Women need to face the fact that Republicans believe they are too dumb and morally inept to make decisions themselves concerning pregnancy and abortion. These decisions need to be made for them by those conservatives in our morally stellar government.

Thank you Mike Pence, you will not get my vote . Nikki at least has a nuanced answer, even if I believe there should be no time frame laws for abortion. I find it unbelievable that america are still having this debate in 2023
Nikki Hailey should be trying to educate the public about abortion instead of looking to win votes. All politicians should do that, but I do not believe she will be the best for this country. Mike Pence was trying here; he could have easily said let's just do what's available. If you only do what's available and do no teach, how can we get to the best place? Imagine Jesus saying well no one know's what I know so we'll just do what everything thinks, instead of teaching them.

People are pro-life until the baby is born.
After the baby is born, they don’t give a shit. You are not pro-life when you support Imprisoning women who access safe abortion care. Tear babies away from their parents and lock them in cages, with no plan to reunite them (this happens at the border everyday). Silence doctors and strip reproductive healthcare away from millions of low-income people. Stand by while the maternal mortality rates skyrocket and women—especially Black women—die in childbirth. Deny affordable healthcare coverage to people with pre-existing conditions. The list can go on.. Abortion choices are personal. So unless you’re fighting hard for all the pregnant women out there to get the care they need AFTER the child is born, then gtfoh
I’m looking forward to hearing more from Nikki to. I was going to vote another direction, but Nikki definitely caught my attention with what she was saying, and I would love if we could actually break the barriers here not to tear down patriarchy, but to show that everybody is equal and I think it’s about time that we make changes and who we vote for and not exclude female candidates. We’ll see how this goes. She may get my vote for sure.

As a woman and a Christian…I am saying to you. No federal or state funds to go to PP to fund abortions. Abortion is NOT a civil, human or women's right. You may choose to take the life of an innocent child; however, it should be a crime…not a convenience.

What I wish folks would do is look at the big picture. Who in this line up can win the national election? Not who do you wish would, but who can? Nikki Haley would garner a LOT of support from women nationwide across political lines and that would be huge. She's not perfect, but no one is. She has a great family back story and wouldn't it be just ironic if the first woman President of the United States was a Republican! Delicious! Lets come together and actually win in 2024!

Pence has a convoluted argument with that federal 15 week ban.
During the Roe era over 90% of abortions were done within 15 weeks of pregnancy.
A 15 week ban would essentially reinstate Roe v Wade,
Where states with 6 week ban would have to conform to the federal statute and allow 90% of abortions.
That idiot Pence thinks California and New York has a large percentage of abortions done in the 3rd trimester,
BUT California and New York follow national norms and a 15 week ban would only affect states with 6 week ban.
