Their cruelty caused a new social reaction to create a new route of moral behavior, which, after two hundred and sixty years (260 years) of the development of America, revived a new Constitutional-legal form of Governance and the first country of Freedom, where a new idea enshrined in the Constitution marked the beginning of a new route in moral behavior among the peoples of the world.
Much time will pass before the complete transition of all peoples to the Constitutionally-legal dominant order, because the old mechanism of the moral route has a religious-legal form of governance. Moreover, they especially do not want to transfer the leading role to a new one, because this will radically change the entire mechanism they have laid out in the economy.
