Some people are so stupid. Why would ANY country develop weapons in a foreign country, weather part NATO or not, where they couldn't guarantee security of said weapons? Would they develop weapons so close to Russia that there would be a danger of Russia getting them to use against America? It makes literally no sense.
To use an effective bioweapon you need to vaccinate 100% of your own population. Not exactly the best thing for Ukraine to attempt because they can't even get 50% of their own population to take the covid 19 vaccination. In other words it's impossible that they would even consider such a move.

I'm a microbiologist and a friend sent me to the link to the pdfs hosted by the US Embassy in Ukraine and yes, those labs were working on pathogens that can be weaponized. There was one fresh water lab but the others were " Research" laboratories.
Then that US diplomat acknowledged the existence of such labs.
The ONLY SOLUTION IS AN UN INSPECTION.
But no one wants that.
Labs in the US have to follow the Code of Federal Regulations, hence civilians can't make bioweapons legally. But in other countries, those laws don't apply.
