Be aware, pedos can take photos in regular situations if your child is in a public setting..sidewalks, restaurants, anything open to the public. Be watchful of those that try to take pictures of kids! Your kid could be riding a bike on a sidewalk or street and convicted pedos can take a photo with zero repercussions. It is infuriating and led me to get posters door to door to warn my own neighborhood.
Check your states sex offender register and prevent this sort of thing from happening. Memorize the faces of those on the registers with where you live. They are everywhere.

Disagree with the cop who implied that the parents should never have let her ride her bike around that loop. Something like this happening is one in a million. You have to let kids live. She was only going to be on the bike 4 to 5 minutes by herself.
