  1. God is so good🙏

  2. western societies are waaay too dramatic "kidnapping her child" and she gave birth to her. "desperate search" damn man.

  3. Finallly, a kidnapping that didn't end in death.

  4. The best option for that child would be to keep the mother in some kind of captivity but at the same time both of her parents would still remain close to her. Maybe the father would be authorised as the parole officer for the mother or keep her in house arrest at his home. Maybe have her chained to the stove or something.

  5. Father kidnaps his kids: He's abusive and a perv

Mother kidnaps her kids: The father is a bad person

Men don't get married or have kids because society treats fathers like crap while mothers get praise for their mistakes.

  6. A mother kidnapped kids for 5 years is free to bail out.
If a father kidnapped a kids, he will be sent to jail, without stepping outside the prisons for years.

It is not fair. How can judges have double standard towards men. I think the mother should be in a jail right now, not roaming outside after committing a crime.

  7. Finally, news that isn’t just about somebody wearing a short dress

  8. F*** everything about any parent that does this unless the spouse is abusing the child in objective terms

  9. Click bait – it’s a Parental abduction case, not a missing child, as in she vanished into thin air

  10. That Good Samaritan should have just shut it’s pile hole. A mother knows best for her children. The Government have a long list of children’s being harmed by so called legal custody parents.

  11. Well, I Honestly think that Kayla would be Better off with her Mother who gave birth to her!! . . What gives them the right to take a child away from her own Mother!! . . Also how do they know that the child will be safe with her father!! . It is just Not right!! . . It is always better for children to Stay with their own Mother!!! đŸ€±đŸ€±đŸ‘ȘđŸŒčđŸŒč

  12. Why did the mom lose the custody 6 years ago? Interesting piece of information..

  13. "Perhaps you can help solve a mystery" -Robert Stack

  14. Can a parent actually abduct their own child ?

  15. If I was a mum n you try take my kid away, I would do the same thing, I think kidnapping is a strong word here… Clearly the kid is well taken care of by mom

  16. Jail his mother for life sentence

  17. I feel sorry for this poor girl it’s probably very confusing for her. Many kids who are abducted by a parent have no idea they’re a missing person. So first she doesn’t get to see Dad anymore and doesn’t know why, now she’ll probably not get to see Mom anymore and won’t know why. And one day when she’s older will have to hear the whole story.

  18. since the daughter is 'FINE' then its HER story we need to hear.

  19. Its her child she gave birth to her maybe the dad is a creep. I hope the cops talked to the daughter before handing her back to the dad

  20. I don’t know if this is a good thing. Mothers take children away from bad fathers while the court gives abusers custody

  21. Her mom kidnapped her own kid?

  22. Release on bond after 6 years on the run. Makes sense.

  23. If she wanted to be re united she is 15. she could have, she wasnt a captive..

It's possible they had good reason to run.

  24. Maybe the daughter doesn't want to stay with dad. Maybe she wants to stay with her mother…. did anyone bother to ask the child what she wanted? Maybe that will answer your question why they evaded police for so long? Or maybe your cops are just thick in the head and only care about getting their fucking donut fix they lazy pricks

  25. I dont think its possible to KIDNAP your own child. You can have possession but not steal. Theres more to the story. Drastic action is due to drastic behavior. Dont judge. I hope the young girl can be left in peace.

  26. Unless mom is crazy, I don’t consider this an abductionđŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž

  27. That’s a mother who took her child like wth

  28. If the person who reported it had a personal connection with Kayla then she didn't recognize her from the netflix show yet you report that it was thanks to the show.

  29. Thank god since they know the girl they went to the police and not to the mom to question her. Cause mom could have ran again or convinced them to not call police.

  30. I’m pretty sure this did way more harm than good but ok 💀💀💀

  31. How was she abducted if the woman who ‘took her’ was her mother?? 😂😂😂

  32. Divorce is terrible. Children will live in confusion and fear only.

  33. I like how all these comments seem to portray the father as a bad man. Thats not always the case. My ex-partner's fiance took their son and disappeared to another state while he was on a preplanned vacation. He wasnt abusive, he was never mean. She just didnt want to get a job or take care of the house or baby. She took the baby and disappeared to another state. He finally found her and tried to get visitation at least and she kept blocking him, sending him pics of her sleeping with new dudes saying "[son] has a new daddy now" and there was nothing he could do. Until one day the courts got in contact with him. You see, she dropped the kid off with a babysitter and DISAPPEARED. Then when they found her, she told the cops that her son's dad, my partner, was dead. And thats not even the worst part. The worst part is that they found her to be sexually abusing their 5 year old son, took him away, she refused to get treatment, and CPS just decided "eh whatever" and gave the son back to the mom! My partner was devestated but because he lived in a different state and couldnt move due to finances, his son was sent to live back with his abuser instead of his foster parent. My partner has seen his son once in 5 year, and when he got back to the car, he sobbed and screamed over it.

But if he went and kidnapped his kid, he'd be portrayed as a bad person and the mom and innocent victim because shes a woman. For the record, its not known if she sexually touches her son, hes 5. However she has been caught touching HERSELF while standing over his bed by her own family. Her father fucking hates her and is also trying to fight for custody of the son.

  34. It's actually a reboot of the original show. The original UM was hosted by the late Robert Stack (R.I.P.).

  35. This is not kidnap this is her child it's not the government's business

  36. I usually don't like to do the "if the genders were reversed" thing because most of the time it's redundant, but if that were the case in this instant the father would've been painted as a monster who stole this mother's daughter from her and would not get the benefit of the doubt. But the sheer number of people playing devil's advocate insinuating he did something to force the mother to make the decision to kidnap her daughter who she didn't have custody to, based on zero evidence whatsoever, is astounding yet sadly unsurprising.

  37. There is something very sad about mother's being separated from their kids, for whatever reason.

  38. Um
I wanna hear the moms and Kayla’s version. Kayla is a teenager. Nothing stated she was harmed or abused by the mom. Maybe she wanted or still wants her mom. That being said I wanna hear all sides of this story before I make a definite judgement. No one knows the situation. I’ve ACTUALLY seen cases where a father had “kidnap” their kid because of a mother that constantly beat their kid but the father had a past with the law when he was much younger, so the justice system by default paint him as the bad guy.

There was also a famous case that made national news years ago of the grandparents that “kidnapped” their grandson from a druggy abusive parents that made their child do something type of drug. But they were gonna give the kid up to the system instead of the grandparents. So they had no choice but to take their grandkid. And the kid turned well, graduated high school, had a nice girlfriend and everything.

So you NEVER know what’s truly is behind closed doors to everyone quickly painting the mother as the bad guy.
