The interesting thing about this case is that these social media platforms are populated by people from around the world. The laws of multiple countries have been violated, not just the USA. We might find that lawsuits from non-US citizens in their countries may have far more effect than what happens in US courts. Some of those platforms may be banned in some countries after this.
