I need real medical treatment. Neck surgery and everything else. We don't get that in Missouri unless you go through therapy and other stupid stuff. We not mentally ill. Or transgender. We just ignored and our insurance is put through the max to get back to the same conclusion. You also Never see your SSI.

Well, 18 months of psychiatric care is not NEARLY ENOUGH TIME ! They should require at least 5 years to document and not try to figure out what is wrong with a person who wants to IDENTIFY AS SOMETHING ELSE. That is not normal and they should be studied everyday. Those folks need help.

It should just be for minors. Adults can make their own decisions. Can we just not allow people to change ID's and or bith certificates? There's now 3 genders. And we all need to know who we are dealing with in case people want to be dishonest. Im all for people being who they want to be as long as they are straight up and honest.

There is no science based evidence supporting such extreme physical measures in response to a mental health condition in which de-transitioning is a common thing.
Allowing confused children to go through any extreme alterations obviously bring with it moral consequences for everyone involved, including parents and doctors, should that child ever regret the procedure in their lifetime & there absolutely should be appropriate consequences for that.
Transphobia is a mental disorder that is spread by failed parents.
