Seems like there was perjury and prosecutorial misconduct in the original trial. And it took several years before getting him out even though two killers admitted he had nothing to do with it. Broken system, and people need to be held accountable. Original judge, prosecutors, cops, etc. Sadly nothing will happen to them.
Execute him anyway, automatic death penalty,no trial.

We need to get rid of our flawed court system because way too many innocent people are convicted by dirty cops, payed off judges, and intimidated juries.
And he's not even getting compensated. It's up to the public.

Things like this occurrence are what make me wonder if the death penalty should be a thing, or only In cases where the accused is a mass murderer, or a serial killer, where proof is airtight and no innocent person is executed, because with this man, he when proven innocent gets a "sorry, we screwed up, heres a check for your time and the trouble this caused you. If someone is executed and later found Innocent of that which they were charged, is impossible to make "Sorry we goofed up." be heard by the dead wrongly convicted and sentenced to death person, not to mention they ain't gonna be able to use their death certificate as an ID. to cash that check,
Luckily for this guy, he wasn't facing the death penalty, else we would never have heard of him being released, except by the Coroner so he could be reclaimed by his family about 15 years ago.
But taking the life of someone. And not compensating him…yeah for that state!! NOT!! Great injustice…justice didn’t work..a man was stolen time in his life!!
Ridiculous.pat him on the back and give him 10k a year.

It’s better to let a guilty man go free than to lock up an innocent man. When I’m doubt, throw the case out.

So does he go home broke? Want real justice, give him a couple of million so he can enjoy life.
