A mother is suing an Oklahoma school after she says her daughter was forced to reveal her bra during a strip search after being suspected of having a vape pen. KFOR’s Ashley Moss reports.

This is nothing more than entitled parents who simply wanted to sue, and the lawyer wanting to milk the system for what it's worth, all because a kid showed their belly button to someone. Do I think the search was warranted? Hardly. Do I think 25k worth of damage was done? Absolutely not.

With the rise of drug related deaths in young kids, random searches should be mandatory. But strip searches should be carefully conducted on young kids by a professional with parents' permission. If they decline with probable cause, like the student possessed drug previously, then the school should have the right to remove the student pending an investigation.
Absolutely sue them. How dare they ask a minor to expose themselves. Not only that they did that without notifying the parents of a strip search and waiting for their arrival. Get that principal fired.

no it wasn't a strip search Karen, teach your kids not to bring illegal things to school.
If any school strip searched my child for such a stupid reason, I would not only sue them, I would pay private detectives, to find all trash on the principle involved, as well as their children and spouse. That would be the last strip search.
