No, I’m quite sure that the first page of the indictment reads The United States vs. Donald John Trump. Joe Biden’s name is nowhere to be found.
It is clearly not illegal to contest an election. Yet, I am hearing comments that Trump did something wrong during the post election. No, he did NOT do anything wrong at all The election fraud was illegal. Destroying protected electoral documentation is illegal. Censorship to cover up the truth is wrong but only illegal because governmental agents ordered the silencing of political opposition. Trump, however, did nothing wrong whatsoever.
