My mom, sister, and I went to this specific location to celebrate for lunar new years a few days ago. We left somewhere in 5:30 – 6:30 pm because we were tired and it was cold outside. We also brought our dog, a mix of shih tzu and a pug. Our dog was anxiously shaking while in this place because this was the first time to see the crowd big. Anyways, getting offtrack now, we left to get some pho because we were hungry. We were so lucky to not have this experience with mass shooting. Very lucky, because we left early before this happens. Unfortunately for others, were not so lucky. I want to say for the victims and survivors, I am sorry that you're going through this situation. I am going through this situation as well because we were there before it happened. I'm sorry.

It’s sad that the shooter was Asian also. If they were any other race, the REAL AAPI movement could finally take off. 10 people died in vain for no reason, when they could have been the vessel to expose the indifference America has on AAPI hate.

Thanks to gun control. This is going to keep happening. The law abiding citizens pay for it because California has.
