Montgomery Police Chief Darryl Albert detailed a timeline of the brawl that took place between boaters on the Montgomery Riverfront in Alabama. Albert announced suspects and victims involved in the incident and said there is no evidence to suspect it was racially motivated.

The guy initiated the first strike/attack should be penalized to the maximum as well as the second attacker and so forth. The act of self defense whether or not being "excessive" or already after the fact….should be gauged accordingly. Just my humble opinion: The Montgomery Police Chief and his department appear to have handled this well, and his transparency is appreciated. They are holding those responsible accountable and I believe the police should be commended.
