Unions are a disaster to the economy. They send inflation higher. If they don’t want to work, send their jobs to Mexico or China!
UAW strike is unpopular. There is less inventory of vehicles than pre pandemic levels. They are lazy. Want more pay for little work. Hire the immigrant who want to work!! Make America Great Again!
Bottom line people stop buying these vehicles. Definitely don’t buy these luxury trims. Go get a beater before a new/used. Then that will hurt them, continue to buy these outer space prices and you’ll be hurting yourself.

So explain to me how my Blazer made in Mexico where an employee makes $45 per WEEK cost me $48k then?! 2:51 Wages make up less than 5% of the cost of the vehicle, so NO THE COST WILL NOT GO UP IF WAGES GO UP!

They make average of 80k and asking for 40% raise is INSANE! CEOs salary should be cut by 70% of course. But they need to give work visas to Asians and let these highly paid spoiled employees go!!!
Cars are already ridiculous. Paying them more to do less (40hrs of pay when only working 32) will makes prices surge more. Send them a message, buy a toyota!

The list of Offers is pretty insulting I think. smh. 14% increase could be from $20/hr to $22/hr, NOTHING basically. The bonus could be $300 once a year for all they know. And Juneteenth? One day of the year? Laughable.

Companies aren't willing to pay fair wages to employees; they'd rather outsource the work to get it done for pennies on the dollar compared to what the union workers are asking. It's a harsh reality but Corporate America doesn't care about the middle class anymore. They don't want anyone to own anything in this country and to just be dependent on the government

Good n I hope they stick to their guns. The big 3 have made piles of cash they have exorbitantly paid their execs n nobody said a word. They were forced to give up chunks of their pay both in 08 crisis n again with covid. They deserve to be reimbursed for their prior sacrifices n paid for their work. If these companies can afford 30 to 40 million for ceo in raises n bonuses then they can afford to give back what they've taken n they can afford a reasonable contract n wage. The shock for me is watching all these news stations make these ppl out to be greedy. It seems most are only pro union until rhe millionaires n billionaire political donors cries. I will never side with the elite over peasants like myself.
