The only argument needed under Constitutional Law, is that the moment any Oath-taking person betrays their Oath to the Constitution, they become an " Enemy" of the Constution. At no time, is it part of any President's official duties to support an attempted coup against the Constitution, by giving support or aid to any convicted insurrectionist or seditionist. Acting President Donald J Trump betrayed his Oath, becoming an official enemy to the Constitution, when he did both. As a private Citizen, he continues to do both. When citizen Donald Trump recently gave instructions to the Speaker of the house to obstruct the Peoples Business, by stopping proposed bipartisan legislation already passed in the Senate, from even being heard, he openly showed the entire world exactly how big of a clear and present dangerous enemy to the Constitutionaly mandated Legislative process that he is. The Speaker openly "reported" on the National Stage that he had " talked to President Trump, and received his instructions. Nevermind that the only President presently Conztitutionally certified by Congress is Joseph R Biden. Anyone giving aid or support to an enemy to the Constitution betrays their Oath to defend the Constitution. Any Supreme Court Justice showing support to Donald J Trump by any supporting ruling or opinion, will betray their own Oath to defend the Constitution against it's enemies. Such an act, would render them disabled as an enemy to the Constitution, under Amendment 14, Section 3, Sentence 1. As an enemy, shown by their open actions, and their supportive opinions and rulings, they would be held accountable by all Americans still loyal to the Constitution. That accountability to start with Impeachment proceedings, culminating in a trial before Congress, and ultimate permanent removal from their Judicial seats on the Bench of the Supreme Court. In any Court of Constitutional Law in these United States, there is no place to ever rule in support, or aid of, any Oath-breaking "Enemy of the Constitution. Constitutional Truth, and Law… the plain and simple kind.
