Why don't he just set up a program that paid for kids tuition to go to college? Have some that who cares set up a Program that kids go to school for free in college period once they make their college degree, there will be a job waiting for them. There's government job, there's sanitation. Jobs, manager jobs, and before they get the jobs. Have a program was a work to fund the program that the government will give kids free program. 16 hours a week is that simple with low paying teacher salaries that there are no just to make it? I mean, come on, what we're trying to do.
