Before buying gun you should need 3 months of safety training certificate pay the government $150 for certification during this time the inspector can evaluate people. Without certificate you cannot buy a gun. Capital punishment deportation and other deterrent videos and advertisements should be spent back for society.

I believe that gun shooting will be controlled and will not happen over and over again and again only if police officers and only qualified people can carry gun in public not everyone! Laws concerning carrying gun in public must be reviewed and revised by responsible law makers, legislators. Government should act immediately now!
