Sending condolences from Pennsylvania to the family and friends of all who lost their livesa at the tops supermarket massacre. This was unnecessary and should have been prevented. We must do something about the gun laws.
I'd like to see more information regarding the legality of firearms used in mass shootings reported in the news. I would especially like to know whether the firearms are purchased legally. It's obvious there's a huge issue with gun violence in this country and it would be really helpful to know if the firearms used in these crimes were purchased legally so we know what sort of legislation needs to be implemented.
The shooter had body armor. From what I remember, federal law prohibits body armor from being sold to anyone with a felony. So if he purchased the body armor new, with no felonies, he wouldn't have had much issue legally purchasing a new firearm.
