A teenage girl working at a New Orleans McDonald’s was robbed at gunpoint. NBC News’ Niala Charles has the story of how when the girl called 911, her mother was on the other end assisting her through the situation.

You dont have to ask people irrelevant questions at certain times in the call. Feel where the caller is at emotionally at that moment and integrate your questions into the correspondence-process: YOU are supplying the help I need and not the other way around by me answering YOUR questions.
