They CAN NOT go after the gun charge or it will set legal precedent. This happens too often to hold parents accountable when their kids gain access to an unsecured handgun. The cops used to say "haven't they suffered enough" when they wouldn't press charges after a 4 year old kills a sibling or parent. It happens ALL THE TIME.
Sounds like " backpage" kind of stuff. Who holds those dark secrets? A million unanswered questions to keep you up all night. A sense of psychological manipulation & emotional extortion targeted at this specific community, I know I'll breath easier when my youngest is home from LSU. Then, it could be A.I. making these cases go viral to learn our reaction to those situations. Or maybe we are part of a control group in a scientific experiment. I don't know what's up but it's kinda crazy.
You can't charge the parent for the child shooting the teacher. The child has a 2nd amendment right to have a gun, even if he was 6 yrs old. The child in 11 yrs younger than Kyle Rittenhouse, tell me what is different here?
Should be charged with attempted murder, too.

The Little MONSTER SHOULD be tried as an ADULT.
THAT was his SECOND ( Read : 2nd) time attempting to MURDER one of his teachers.
In the PREVIOUS attempt , he snuck up behind one of his teachers who was working at her desk. He then jumped up ; wrapped the hook of his elbow around her neck; locked his arms ; and HANGED his entire body weight down in his FEROCIOUS attempt to STRANGLE his teacher to DEATH ☠️💀. Another teacher who heard the commotion was able to pry the LITTLE MONSTER off of the choking teacher in the nick of time.
There is NO Doubt whatsoever that THAT Little MONSTER will grow up to be a Future MURDERER/SERIAL KILLER.
He needs to be LOCKED 🔐 UP for the Next 99+ YEARS.
If NOT, there WILL be a NEXT time; and it could be one of YOUR family members.
Great! Now let's go back in time and also charge the Parents of those 2 Columbine killers and so many more.

6 year old and mother should both face charges and be convicted. He knew what he was doing was bad and wrong.
So, the Mom has been charged, but no one asks the question as to "WHY" a 6 yr old or first grader would target this teacher. Did she abuse him? Why her? Why is Mom being investigated and not teacher. He, in his child mind, and with a harsher sentence when we don't know lf he was erasing a threat.

I hope thaty kid gets put in a foster home. I hope his foster parents are mean to him. That kid sexually assualted a female peer in his class, nothing was done. He had brought a gun before, nothing was done. Finally he ended up shooting his teacher but no consequences for him huh? Kid should lose everything, that will straight him up real quick. He should learn actions have consequences. No consequences is BS!

Ask any teacher and they will tell you they have children in their school and even in a classroom just like this parent. Most teachers are all for parental rights and parents have always had rights but now there’s this big push so even when the school district wants to get their child help like this parent, she refused. At one point do we trust the professional educators? Has anyone ever connected this story and stories like this invite just leaving the profession? And why people are not going into education programs?.
Over the last 5 to 7 years, there has been a huge uptick in disruptions, disrespect, chronic miss behavior, and even violence toward other students and teachers and children like this are continuously put back in the classroom with zero consequences, because “the children need an education, so I need to be in the classroom, no matter what “.
You may not have heard much about this because most teachers are afraid to get in trouble and don’t speak up. Being a teacher is like being in abusive, codependent relationship and of course this is the extreme version but this is happening all across the country.
