When you have mental health issues and you fill out a 4473 while trying to purchase a firearm, it asks specifically about your mental health history. The applicant doesn't reveal their past truthfully, and they get their gun. How can this be a legal gun purchase?

I blamed ashin tricarios parents too , but then realized they are like 60 plus , and their son was a grown man and been probably not in their lives for decades , ashin tricario chose to shoot my uncle in the neck that day and shoot at 12 others in Arizona. He’s yet to be charged for anything a year later , he has been incarcerated though waiting trial
