Corporations are classified as individuals apart from their owners in case of bakruptcy, taxes, etcetera but on regard to the owners legal frauds it is the owners responsability to follow rules. The corporation is not the one going to jail but the fraudulent owners and criminal stockholders. Donald trump , family and associates should be hold responsible for their crimes and if found guilty they all should go to jail. Small corporations owners go to jail for lesser legal convictions. Trump should not be allowed to be a presidential candidate.
