Biden should resign. Kamala Harris becomes President. Pardons both Biden and Trump of all crimes. That makes both investigations moot as they cannot be tried. The Congress is then able to Legislate instead of investigate. After which if she choosed Kamala can make Biden her VP and again step down making Biden President. As for Trump the Pardons do not absolve him of State nor International Crimes.

Well he had 300 documents, that trump knew about and kept under lock and key, and Biden had 25 documents,that he had no idea he even had… by my math, trump kept 300 documents safe and secure, and Biden let out 25 secrets, so all in all, I believe comparing the number of documents actually hurts Biden’s case.

It's too bad that the clip of the White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre handled that question about the discovery of Biden classified documents poorly.
Her answer was defensive, and in today's superficialness, impressions and appearances are often as important or the only thing that is important and not the facts of what is being explained.
Instead of saying that the WH won't get ahead of the DoJ investigation,
She should instead have said that the WH would let the DoJ take the lead and the WH would fully cooperate with whatever is requested. Words like "investigation" should be avoided because there is a connotation of a search for malfeasance. Whether that is true or not, the WH has no reason to admit to or even suggest that any kind of malfeasance would be found that would necessitate some kind of serious action by the DoJ.

The obvious conclusion to this story re the documents is that anyone who has access to them must keep track of them and return them when finished with them. Doesn't matter if it's a Dem or a Repug. And neither of them should think they can just declassify them just by thinking about it. Period.
Republicans cannot demand visitor logs, since Biden's home in Delaware is a private residence. Just quit speculating and projecting.
It's actually pretty clear: Biden is doing everything a responsible individual would do in these circumstances. It's not a matter of comparing him to Trump, as he did the exact opposite: everything an irresponsible person would do in these circumstances.
Biden had no business with the documents outside the national archives. Some of the documents found had to do with Ukraine they went missing when Hunter got his job with Ukraine. This is way different than Trump who has the right to declassify documents he was working with the archives he let them in to go through them & was discussing what was supposed to go to the archives. Trump isn't the first president that's done this Trump wasn't out of office long so things take time. Trump did everything right even though the Democratic news won't report that or that every president did the same thing instead tried to make it look different. Biden shouldn't of had documents he can go to the archives and read them but wasn't supposed to remove them so no he didn't do everything right he stole documents there's a difference between a vice and president.
