Tuscarawas is not near Cleveland—it is southeastern, middle eastern area–lot of farmers. Some of these people are friends and family of my relatives, so I am watching this closely to get updates.

😢 This situation is Sad but it happens everyday. There is one thing that could have prevented this accident and that is put your four way flasher immediately you see stop traffic or accident and slow down early . Rushing to a stop will never get you thru anyway. I see this every day people stop on the road with no flashers Sad 😢 1:05
