I have had to grow my spinach by direct sowing into a large container. Transplanting was not successful for me. But when I just planted tons of seeds in a pot they did well!

You should use artificial tears to help with the hair in your eyes. It's eye drop you can get from most pharmacies.

Josie, I would really recommend you learn how to change a type. I am 51 year old female and I can do it so I know you are smart enough to do it too. You can do more than you think.
Josie, are those tea bags made out of plastic? If you pour boiling water over a plastic tea bag, that plastic will melt into your tea, and then you drink it all down. Plastic tea bags are a big no-no for health, especially that they’ve now found humans to have a certain percentage of microplastics in their bodies.

Josie dear, from my experience you don‘t need to pot on the spinach. Just seed it out in the flower bed, it grows perfectly on its own and you can harvest it when its length is about 10-15cm.

I absolutely love the Espa oils range you showed! It looks lovely. I am over in Canada and am going to look for an alternative here! Something I did think of though is that so many people are allergic/asthmatic when it comes to oils so probably not an option for spaces like planes but I was thinking how awesome it would be if they have a set that’s geared towards children and pet safe.

Josie, you must be the best dressed gardener on the planet! Best of luck with all your plantings. I’ve had terrible luck with seedlings . I now buy small plants 🪴 to start. Also, in the US we call the hoses with holes “soaker hoses” but may be different there. Always look forward to your videos. 🌷
