Artemis I, the most powerful rocket ever, will launch a critical uncrewed test flight on August 29 for a 42-day mission orbiting the moon. If the flight goes well, humans could orbit the moon within two years. NBC News’ Tom Costello reports from NASA’s training pool in Houston where engineers and astronauts are already testing new space suit designs for future moon walks.

Why does NASA turn off the comments on their channel? This is cool. I mean it's taken a long time to do what they for the 1st time way back in the 60s once again today. But I get some of it at least. It's too bad it all stalled a bit after that, we could potentially be so much further today if resources went towards this kind of thing instead of say wars and corrupt governments etc. But I just wonder where the NASA freedom of speech is at? Artemis won't do anything since it is too expensive for tax payers. Maybe SpaceX will do something significant for consistant, cheaper, moon transport.

They haven’t done anything that we really know of forever.. they are all talk.. with the amount of money supposedly going to them , they should be all over our galaxy by now.. all taxpayer funded and no transparency with them.. Elon musk is going to do so much more with less moneys..i wouldn’t put another cent into them..
