They look uncomfortable. Like they did their job but it’s weighing on them that they took a life. I don’t like this spotlight on them.
I think all schools need to make simple renovations to the entrances of the school so that you just cannot shoot the glass and get through. And doors of course should be locked in the day.
These are really good guys who did their job… I get the sense they wish it hadn't been necessary.
He should make a video as a training lesson for the coward officers in Texas.
I want to point out that this a reason why our school system is broken, I was actually mistreated by them when I was enrolled being wrongly labeled and also at one point threatened with legal action. I hope that this country will wake up and change this cycle.

Over the past decade, the Anti-Defamation League has counted about 450 U.S. murders committed by political extremists.
Of these 450 killings, right-wing extremists committed about 75 percent. Islamic extremists were responsible for about 20 percent, and left-wing extremists were responsible for 4 percent.
Nearly half of the murders were specifically tied to white supremacists:

As this data shows, the American political right has a violence problem that has no equivalent on the left. And the 10 victims in Buffalo this past weekend are now part of this toll. “Right-wing extremist violence is our biggest threat,” Jonathan Greenblatt, the head of the ADL, has written. “The numbers don’t lie.”
In 2022, 18 of the 25 extremist-related murders appear to have been committed in whole or part for ideological motives, while the remaining seven murders either have no clear motive or were committed for a non-ideological motive.
All the extremist-related murders in 2022 were committed by right-wing extremists of various kinds, who typically commit most such killings each year but only occasionally are responsible for all (the last time this occurred was 2012). Left-wing extremists engage in violence ranging from assaults to fire-bombings and arsons, but since the late 1980s have not often targeted people with deadly violence. The same cannot be said for domestic Islamist extremists, but deadly incidents linked to Islamist extremism have decreased significantly in the U.S. over the past five years.
White supremacists commit the greatest number of domestic extremist-related murders in most years, but in 2022 the percentage was unusually high: 21 of the 25 murders were linked to white supremacists. Again, this is primarily due to mass shootings. Only one of the murders was committed by a right-wing anti-government extremist—the lowest number since 2017.

These cops are true heroes. Their example of stepping into action and in the line of fire just shows how cowardly and pathetic the Uvalde response was.
