Terrence Bradley, the former divorce attorney for the Fulton County special prosecutor Nathan Wade, testified in the hearing about the romantic relationship between Wade and District Attorney Fani Willis. Bradley said he could not remember when relationship between Wade and Willis began.

Unless someone else who was more qualified & was overlooked for the position Fani appointed her romantic interest to, I'm confused about accusations of a conflict of interests since a Prosecutor being biased against a defendant is basically part of their job (as it is for a defense attorney being biased in favor of their defendant). Remember, she tried appointing others to be the Special Prosecutor prior to appointing Wade, but they declined (one even testifying that he declined because he didn't want the number of body guards it would take to stay safe!).
Re Terrence Bradley's testimony:
Apparently, attorneys don't have to keep as meticulously detailed records of every phone call & interaction as Doctors do on behalf of their patients. This lawyer seems prone to casual conversations, incl specificity of language within and documentation thereof.

He now regrets sending baselss gossipy text messages because he had an axe to grind. Basing a motion on gossipy text messages not super bright. Why didnt they get a signed witness statment from him before filing? As to the "phone records " this is an investigators "analysis" not an expert and usually not admissible as accurate evidence!
That's funny… these two lawyers would be quick to use phone records as evidence, but now they want to dismiss it and say its false.

The two things that baffle me on this issue, firstly, the financial issue appears to have been concluded and two, is anyone questioning their professional conduct in assembling the case against the defendants.
