The likelihood of us having the details we have about what happened to George Floyd are slim if a 8ft distance law to record had been in place in that city, it shouldn't be in place anywhere. Az's new law sounds wrong & pro misuse of power aka excessive force.

I'm alarmed by the law and it is draconian! In nature! We must strike that down immediately it violates constitutional law! And as we know law enforcement officers use their own interpretation and this leads a alarming review of abuse! An abuse of power as if they are Lords and Ladies and that the citizen must keep its eyes to the ground when law enforcement passed. No American should want nor allow this bill to take effect as a law. It violates the basic foundations of free people.
Well the officers will get around the concessions by "detaining" and handcuffing you in order to prevent you recording them.
Phones these days will still do the job.
What about the ones who want to record when they've been pulled over for a traffic stop?

There is nothing good about this law. It is simply not needed. Why? Because an officer already has the right to detain and arrest one interfering with them doing their duties. So, with that understanding, it begs the question why this republican politician sponsored this? To make a name for himself, making himself look like he's doing something important as a politician? To glorify himself and promote himself? I universally do not trust politicians because I've never met one who's not out for their own selfish agenda, motive, & intent. They're masters of self preservation. They don't truly care about citizens they're supposed to be representing. They only care about themselves first & their family second. They don't do what is right because it's right. They have zero integrity. I'm not republican or Democrat. I'm a self proclaimed constitutionalist. I care only about the rights & responsibilities my God has given me in the constitution & Bill of rights. You may ask who am I. I have endured death threats & been fired for standing for my rights outlined in the US constitution. I have been the federal government key witness in a federal case where we successfully defended the constitution from one of the most "arrogant persons" the government trial attorney said she's seen. "It was a pleasure taking him down" she told me. I've also defended the constitutional rights of families, youth, & children in state superior courts as the state expert witness many many times, one of which was a landmark case in the state. My legal colleagues informed me they implicitly trust my intuition, judgment, discernment, & wisdom, having never amended the court reports I wrote & submitted. They said they simply added the legal statute to the court docs. They said my integrity was impeccable & faultless.I have many enemies, including so called family members, because I do what's right & call others out on the truth. I do not fear death or what others will or won't do for me if I don't agree with them or do what they are trying to coerce me to do for their own profit, glory, or promotion. I am a sigma male. I trust only The God that's printed on our money, "In God we trust". I'm not rich, wealthy or even have a place of my own. God supports me. I do not fear not having money.. we all die & take nothing with us.. Not even our bodies,, as I witnessed my good friend & roommate die in the home last July.. This law will not stand in state Supreme Court & will be found to be unconstitutional if it goes to SCOTUS.
