I know a number of people who have deleted period tracking apps.
There was some discussion between a coup!e of migraine sufferers as to should they continue to use their health tracking apps or not. The problem for them is that to get the medication they need, they must maintain migraine diaries. Which is far more difficult to do in hard copy if you are suffering from a debilitating migraine.
