This 🚓🚨 is so cold hearted!! They 🚓🚨 knew this man was suicidal and they called it swimming for a joke and a coverup lie!
We are looking at the face of America 🇺🇲, they 🚓🚨🚓 could care less! This is inhumane and very evil 😈! These kind of actions are so common within the police 🚓🚨 force. It's a sad shame that men have become so cold ☺️😈🥶 hearted.
The man perished as a result of his own careless actions.
The police are not trained nor equipped to for these type of scenarios. Yet somehow they're supposed to be held accountable?

Play stupid games win stupid prizes
If you want to drown saving a person drowning… jump in. They're gonna drown you before they drown… end result… you both drowned.
I looked at this video and honestly l do feel bad for the man, however that water bubbling up like that looked pretty scary. It's one thing when someone jumps falls in accidentally but when you make that decision after being cautioned it is also a bit hard for them to now risk their lives to save you.
I wish they tried to throw him a line or something, just looking at the officers uniform they would also need to remove those before jumping in because they have a lot of stuff on them and the uniform is heavy.
I am happy that the comments I have seen so far agreed that the water looked pretty tumultuous.
However they sounded nonchalant. I can only pray that they would ha e jumped into action under other circumstances.
It was a tragedy, but what are they expecting from the police? The guy jumped in and swam; by the looks of the water it looks impossible for anyone to swim and they did right by not going in after him or letting his girlfriend go in, because that would've been more lives lost for something that was so senseless.
Police have no duty to protect you, federal court has ruled this before.
Fake outrage. Play stupid games……you know the rest. Stop the nonsense!
They should have help him when he ask
I would’ve gave him a hand”clap,clap,clap shiid
Only race-baiters are upset that a guy jumps into the water not knowing how to swim and expects police to save him.
You can't try to blame the police for what a imbecile did to himself
The POLICE DGAF BOUT CITIZENS
These incidents do not surprise me,,, The police have the "" Power"" ,,, to do just about any one thing, without any repercussions,,, you figure it out what I really mean!!!!
I hope karma gets them
its sad because homeless people usually are suffering from either from life trauma, mental illness, or something not right in their heads. they need help, far before this tragic event. they need a place to go where someone can talk to them and try to help them get back on their feet and if all else fails section 8 them. its sad because this man was once someones litttle boy or he was neglected abandoned or worse. none the less we need to stop ignoring the homeless. its not right. its somethjng the government can and should prioritize…long before tryingg to help out other countries..
Did a good COP!
Ok great ppl are saying that's the guy problem not the cops end of the day u know ur body cam on act like u care or act like u trying to do something to help instead of making smart remarks period
Mixed feelings. But as a former SCUBA instructor, the last thing you want to do with a panicked diver or swimmer is to let him grab you. He'll try to climb out up out of the water, using you for the ladder. The result is often two drowned divers.
WTF! This man chose to jump into the water and the policemen are responsible for his drowning? We are really living in an upside-down world.
News sites only make titles like this to get views and ruin police officers names. No one is jumping into water to save someone the fact people think cops have to be superheros and go above and beyond what they are able to do is absurd
Well he was alive when they got there an dead when they left – you ever notice it doesnt say " protect an serve " anymore on thier little bat mobiles?
Hmmm police don't help out at all anymore.. SMH
Problem solved
This is irresponsible anti-LEO media propaganda. If those officers had even gently touched that man, this same media outlet would be screaming police brutality. Adding this ridiculous clown media outlet to the list of BUNK MEDIA to boycott. "Bunk media" def. – consistently and openly demonstrates a lack of truth, integrity and ethics.
He was told not to jump in and in this case, I honestly don't know if it would have been safe for the cop to try and save him by jumping in also. I wish they could have found a floaty or life preserver type thing to throw in or some other quick means to help him.
I don't know which is more disturbing, the police or all the comments on here. If it was a family member of yours you'd expect the cops to do something but since it was a homeless person, he's not worthy of being saved.
Dirty cops they don’t care and they won’t be held accountable
Seems like this media narrative wants the cop to feel guilty for a stupid mans decision. Seems like this media group wants 3 more deaths. When will the stupidity end?
