I spent 35 years enforcing the Federal Securities laws including the 1933 Securities Act aka the "Truth in Securities Law" … I'd take a clear-cut case of a SA Section 5 Violation (look it up) to my boss & he'd say … "So What?" … so, I learned to always take my investigation to that most crucial next step i.e., what was the impact of that violation of Federal Law? … even if Trump has the highest level classified documents in his possession … and assuming he didn't declassify it by waving the Presidential Plenary Power Wand of "I Declassify Thee" over the boxes of Docs being loaded for MAR on January 20, 2021 [and good luck proving he didn't) … if all these docs did is sit in boxes at MAR for 19 months, the only substantive question is … SO WHAT?? …
