So let me guess…he comes here and is found guilty because he is and there is solid proof of that. The judge throws the book at him and gives him the maximum sentence. He goes back to Peru to serve his 28 years and then he comes back here to serve the time here which essentially keeps him in jail for the rest of his life…depending on how long he lives in prison if you catch my meaning. I hope it works that way.
