Actor Alec Baldwin may face charges again in the “Rust” movie set shooting after a second analysis of the gun involved alleges he pulled the trigger.

Baldwin is used to realistic looking and feeling props. He's not a firearms expert no matter what directors may want you to believe to sell certain films to fanatics. This is entirely on the nutjobs who decided to replace use of props with an actual loaded gun. I'm sure there are countless reasons to rip Baldwin apart depending on your personal opinions but this is not his fault. This is the Bruce Lee scenario all over again. Whether it was an idiotic decision or a deliberate assassination attempt there is nothing that remotely suggests Baldwin wanted to murder another actor on set. We don't live in a game of clue, he's an actor, nothing more.

There shouldn’t have been live rounds on set. Plain and simple. But because there were… now the issue becomes why is this man who pulled the trigger being protected? Man we really do go back and forth in this country on what constitutes murder. A woman slams a car with two other people into a wall and it’s murder when she lives. But a guy pulls a trigger and we all scratch our heads.

Baldwin is not deaf and blind. He knew a loaded gun was being used for target practice on the set. He was also in charge of every major decision on set. Has anyone checked to see if his fingerprints were on the cylinder or casings?
The thing didn’t shoot itself. He didn’t check the ammo in the chamber. The gun was functional.

Exact same defence strategy as before, is highly recommended!!! Weapon was modified for fast light trigger response as i suspected and stated the whole time. These guns were not allowed by Baldwin nor approved nor tolerated! No real ammo allowed nor tolerated on the set. And Baldwin had no knowledge it was actually on the set and used as such neither.
Hence: Target practising was neither allowed or tolerated on or outside the set with these weapons. And he didn't know they were used as such at all on other places then the set neither. These guns used also without Baldwins knowledge and real ammo apparently. And were present on the set as such and often loaded with life ammo and used by folks who were responsible for the safety of this – in reality modified for target practice with live ammo – 'prop' guns in the first place. It was them who handed these guns on the appropriate moment over to Baldwin. Like in this tragic case, saying they were 'cold'. All the above makes the people 'who's sole and or partly task it was; 'providing, maintaining and gun safety on the filmset': The only criminally responsible for the weapons used and the tragic death of the fatal 'shot'. And not Mr. Baldwin! Course he can in casu NOT be blamed for not been aware of all of this at the time of the ACCIDENTAL and fatal 'shot'!

I can't believe this is still a mystery if Baldwin did or did not pull the trigger. This all must be designed to delay and softly but slowly try to convince folks that the firearm discharged by itself. Nothin will ever convince me that golden boy Alec did not pull the trigger. This case should have already been prosecuted and golden boy should have been punished.

The "Rust" logo looks like the NATO/OTAN logo representing a more secretive form of White Supremacy that has since the 1930s has mass murdered Jewish People.
The gun clearly wasn't checked and was most likely fired prior with live ammo. They still have to prove that.
SAG rules say he’s not supposed to point a weapon at any one. Loaded or unloaded- supposed to point ‘off axes ‘. So AB is still negligent. Screen Actor Guild safety rules/ look them up. He failed miserably.
Of course the trigger was pulled/ watching AB practicing shows his finger was hugging that trigger- go and look at all the practice tapes . It’s a single action weapon so it’s very easy to figure out and zero way it could have malfunction
