New York falling apart in every respect.
Instead of housing illegals, how about NYC builds some new affordable housing for the low income residence. These buildings are at least 100 years old and building standards then are not up to code anymore. I live in a house that is 132 years old and it has more problems than I care to even think about, and uneven floors is the least of the problems.

Or the second situation on this they tried they removed the one that was detained slowly which is the the main steel girder and then while they had the girder they were probably trying to pump it up and bring up the whole section so they can put the bricks lined up together know my friend you don't play sounds to me a little the next scenario that would be the one
I know that's what they did they remove that column so they can put a new one without really bracing it and they they made a terrible mistake buddy boy that holds up that should have worked around it in other words dig down and work around with more steel in where that that girl that was like they do when they're fixing the train change supports
I'll tell you I'm going to tell you what these smarty pants did cuz they don't know anything about the old New York how they make that that corner supposed to have a gigantic steel girder right in the center either about a foot for that section right there it would have to be around heavy duty cast cast iron pipe that holds the whole the corner on the smarty pants probably thought they could put the the the the the the the the the the scaffolding to hold it while they change it or something like that and they cut they cut the the pipe and boom everything came down that's why I just came
This was way more than the scaffolding missing a (mudsill) wedge. The collapse seems to have started on the roof.

You dont have to be an expert to see that building was just waiting to fall to the ground, propped up like that. What a disgraceful job owners and council did at ignoring it for so long.
I still think it's wild that no one was in their apartment when this happened. I'm glad no one got injured.

NYC the scaffolding will not hold, better to fix now then to have Homeless people or just people passing by they as well are in harms way
They question if there were warning signs as if the tenants hadn’t most likely complained to their landlord about issues multiple times without getting any help. In one shot you can see someone’s bed right on the edge. Imagine if this had happened during the night…
Economic disparity. Decadence. Corrupt bureaucracies. Cultural decay. All of these are rampant in the "Greatest Country on Earth!"
