14-year-old Adriana Kuch was a high school freshman who took her own life last week two days after being attacked by fellow students in the hallway at school. The four students involved were all indefinitely suspended and her father is calling for criminal charges. Obama administration ask schools to drop zero tolerance approach. Sometime in 2014, this where the schools were lead to believe that kids must be bullied or beaten and tolerate it. This is a curse, and will end. People are waking up!
Those bullies and their parents should face jail time. The dad needs to take every single measure. Hopefully the legal system won't let him down.
Teach you daughters to have thicker skin and don't let their tantrums rule them or you. Females are violent.
Find their parents and embarrass the parents in front of the kids. Show them, you wany to bully, now im going to bully your parents and you get to deal with the fallout. I do understand sometimes people are just A holes and can't be helped

Listen the school is failing because we get government cuts ALL THE TIME. schools are understaffed and barely making it through. Want better schools and safer environment, government needs to start raising the education budget again. We need more then one counselor in school and now we need a counselor for social media activity as well. This will keep happening until we make real changes
Public schools are trash and they know it they can't protect children but they want us to trust them not happening I think the school should be charged for child neglect and period.

This pains me so much, I was bullied at school and never knew why. Bullied shouldn’t exist. 😢
They should be charged as adults and their parents should be sued and held accountable. People should know there are consequences if your lack of supervision or actual encouragement leads to your own kid being a bully.

The problem is the schools don’t take it seriously enough to do anything! They just treat it as adolescent mischief! The schools are failing to protect students! They have not learned there are two outcomes with students being bully! One is in this case suicide and the other is latching out with shooting in the school! Teachers and administrators turn a blind eye when they see other students being attacked! They make up excuses that they just horse playing! They know who is the cool students and (please excuse my term) who is the misfit / outcast students! I’m a nerd and when I was in school I remember the so called accidental bumps or making my books fall out of my hands. I remember seeing some of my teachers turning their heads as if they didn’t see that to put a stop to it! Just once I wanted one of my teachers called them out and put them on notice! Sadly that didn’t happen! They talk a big game about bullying and how it not acceptable in the schools, yet it still happens! Lucky for me that I didn’t go into that dark hole and didn’t give my bully the satisfaction of winning! Not everyone is strong enough to get through being bully! My heart goes out to the family! I hope those young people will be hold accountable for their actions!
Lets hear it for NBC news protecting the identity of the criminal who ultimately killed that girl. Teacher's unions are sad only because they will get the money for one less student.
