A Federal Judge recently brought up the fact that the current Supreme Court did NOT base that decision on the complete US Constitution.
Hard core Red States are pushing through Laws that human life begins at fertilization. What SHE brought up, is by denying a woman the right to an abortion based on that, they are violating The United States Constitution, "Involuntary Servitude" is a violation of the 13th Amendment.
I'm not buying this false report.
Pay attention to what happened in Michigan. The Republicans pushed Dodd supporters for all statewide offices and they got crushed like a kitchen cockroach.

I agree, but Chuck should have said, it is because there are millions who have become ten years older, and
younger people are more for abortions in the past few years. It was a big mistake for the REPs.

There's a significant difference between believing that abortion should be legal in most or all cases and believing that the Supreme Court was wrong to overturn Roe. Believing that it should be a state issue and then advocating for it to be legal at the state level is a perfectly consistent position.
