Before you listen to their paranoid fabrications, however, you might ask yourself a couple of questions. First, are these documents actually classified? If you would read – you deplorables CAN read, can't you? – Executive Orders 13292 and 13526, paying special attention to Section 1.5, you would learn that classified documents can be declassified AUTOMATICALLY. Biden himself may have classified those documents (legal authority in EO 13292/13526, Sec. 1.3), and may also have ordered their automatic declassification YEARS AGO. But facts like that might damage Faux News' talking points, so they never bothered to find out whether those documents are still classified and you irrational half-wits just aren't smart enough to find out on your own, are you?
The second question you should have asked, the second question you WOULD have asked if you had an ounce of integrity or patriotism, is why did the Trump administration lose track of those classified documents? EVERY classified document has to be checked out, which is how the National Archives knew, after Trump left office, that 1) Trump had stolen documents, and 2) his sworn statement that all documents had been returned was another of his tens of thousands of lies. So why didn't Trump administration officials try to get those documents back from Brandon? Was it because Trump had nominated, and the Republican-controlled Senate had approved, incompetent Republican morons who failed to track down missing documents? If so, what else was stolen during Trump's maladministration, and how would we know? Or was it because Trump had ordered his appointees to STOP tracking classified documents altogether so there would be no record of Donny and Jared and who knows who else taking classified information with no record or accountability? Did you subnormals REALLY think China gave Ivanka a dozen-plus registered trademarks purely to help women-owned businesses succeed in this country? Suckers.

The DOJ is a politicized farce and needs to be detached from the Executive Branch and attached to the Judicial branch where FBI agents are immune from political influence. I think Americans would agree we need this.
