People need to pay attention and start getting colonoscopys in their 30s. I was 43 when I found out that I was stage 3 with Colon Cancer, and this past December my doctor declared me in full remission.

These people now a days keep their phones in their back pockets just saying. And it's near your stomach when texting. My mom thought if she kept her cellphone on speaker she wouldn't get brain cancer, so instead she rested it on her chest while talking… she ended up getting breast cancer in the exact spot that phone was on. Coincidence I dunno.
These are not “new” signs, I’ve been a nurse since 1993 and these are the same symptoms we screened back then.

This runs in my family so my dad has to get tested constantly.. I'll have to get them one day too -_- not until my 40's though (So say all the Doctors). Not eating red meat helps though. I don't think there are any old people in my family that haven't had at least one form of cancer if not multiple at some point. Breasts, colons, uteri, lips and more have been cut out of half my family I swear. They do this eye test too, not sure what it has to do with colon cancer but you can apparently tell by looking at the person's eyes? I live in Canada so maybe this isn't a thing other countries do?
My friend was 29 years old when he passed from colon cancer.
Another concern to pile on the fore mentioned concerns: GP’s telling patients they don’t need annual blood work. When? Why? According to whom? My GP now tries to convince now that it’s “not necessary.” It’s such a simple testing procedure, my insurance covers it, and it may indicate a severe infection or illness. Why would a GP discourage routine testing?

You can turn your gut around to be healthy. You just gotta discipline your eating. A healthy gut shows in your stools. Not every cut of meat out there is healthy either. Meat will also surprise you as to what slice is healthy and which one is Unhealthy.
